Valgomma2000 is a company specialised in the production of industrial technical rubber items and the production of membranes for reducers for use in the gas & oil sector and gas/methane systems for the automotive sector.
The company was founded in 2002 by a group of technicians with experience acquired in leading companies in the production of products and services for the natural gas sector.
Historically, the production of sleeves for butterfly valves began, but immediately, given its know-how, it distinguished itself as a strategic and reliable partner for many companies in this sector for the production of membranes, rubber or co-moulded articles (rubber adhesion/metal).
Currently, it is a young and dynamic reality, where the passion and commitment of everyone are strongly seen.

Moreover, thanks to the know-how acquired over years of experience, we can provide consultancy and produce pilot moulds for prototyping projects.
The advantage of making a pilot mould is both in economic terms (usually it is created in a single figure) and in terms of speed of realisation, being able to intervene quickly even in the event of design changes with low-cost interventions.

It carries out a constant check on each incoming compound, relying on an external certified laboratory for the control of the compound for the vulcanisation parameters, density and hardness.
