Profilo aziendale

La DERI nasce a Torino nel 1974, dall’esperienza e dall’entusiasmo del fondatore. Da allora, con un trend di crescita ininterrotto sia in attività nazionali che internazionali e clienti di primaria importanza, ha acquisito un notevole background tecnico nei più diversi settori industriali e un know-how specifico nel settore della componentistica industriale.

Situata nella prima cintura di Torino, è facilmente raggiungibile dalla tangenziale, si estende su una superficie di circa 5000 mq con 1200 mq di uffici ed annesso piazzale per le operazioni di carico e scarico merce.


Nel 1993, per motivi di carattere gestionale legati alle numerose case rappresentate, si è suddivisa la distribuzione in:


• DERI S.r.l.: componenti utilizzati nel settore fluidico ed elettropneumatico;
• DERI AUTOMATION S.r.l.: componenti utilizzati nel settore elettrico ed elettronico.


Entrambe le aziende sono certificate UNI EN ISO 9001.
L’attività della DERI si svolge nel campo della fornitura industriale per la realizzazione di impianti tecnologici in ambienti industriali ed è in grado, grazie alla sua esperienza ultra trentennale, di proporre al cliente le soluzioni più idonee.
Per tutte le nostre attività, oltre a fornire la componentistica ci avvaliamo di un team altamente specializzato, composto da ingegneri e tecnici con conoscenza nel campo della robotica, dell’automazione industriale, della movimentazione dei fluidi, della verniciatura e spalmatura di sigillanti/collanti e che effettuano continuamente corsi di aggiornamento e di perfezionamento.

Coupling elements – Plate mounted

Coupling elements – Cavity mounted with high angle release

Characteristics:

• Metal to metal primary seal
• 100 and more connection cylces with the same metal seal
• Possibility to connect with strong angular inclination 6° with hinge point distance > 80 mm
• Both sides selt sealing / redundant seals

• Max. working pressure 12,500 psi

• Cv value 0,56

• Size: 1/4"

ROV single couplings

• Manipulator make and break, no special tooling required

• Ali primary seals and moving components on retrievable half
• Metallic primary seal with resilient back up
